Factory-trained technicians, GM Genuine and ACDelco parts, and a straight answer about what your Chevy actually needs — from the oil change you scheduled to the noise you didn’t plan for.
Most Chevrolet vehicles today go well past 3,000 miles between oil changes. Your vehicle will let you know when service is due, and our Certified Service technicians are trained to know what your specific engine needs.
Selecting the right grade of oil is an important part of engine maintenance. We offer ACDelco dexos1 Full Synthetic along with GM Genuine and ACDelco parts, designed and tested for your Chevrolet and backed by General Motors.

It depends on how and where you drive. In average use, brake systems are designed to deliver roughly 40,000 to 60,000 miles of pad life. In very severe use, such as heavy stop-and-go traffic, expect closer to 20,000 to 25,000.
Chirping, squealing, grinding or a pulsing brake pedal all mean it is time to come in. Brake components are engineered to work as a complete system, so we replace them with GM Genuine and ACDelco parts, designed and tested for your Chevrolet and backed by General Motors.
Every 7,500 miles. Each tire handles a different job, so they wear at different rates, and rotating them evens that wear out and extends the life of the set. It lines up with your oil change, so both can be done in one visit.
It is also worth checking your tire pressure once a month when the tires are cold — long freeway runs down I-5 and Highway 99 in summer heat are hard on an underinflated tire. When it is time for new ones, our Certified Service technicians fit your Chevrolet with tires developed for it.

Often you do not. A battery only cranks for about three seconds, so in most cases there is no slow-crank warning before it stops working. Ask for a conductance test when you drop the vehicle off and you find out on your schedule rather than in a parking lot.
Valley summer heat is harder on a battery than winter cold, and it shortens the life of one that would last years somewhere milder. When it is time for a new one, we offer a range of ACDelco batteries with the right size, cold cranking amps and reserve capacity for your Chevrolet.

The items that don’t get their own appointment but decide whether your Chevrolet has a good year.
Transmission, transfer case, coolant, brake and differential fluid, plus cabin and engine air filters. Evaluated against your mileage and condition — not automatically sold at a set interval.
Book A Fluid CheckPerformance testing, refrigerant service, and a look at the radiator, hoses and coolant condition. Best handled in spring — a weak system is far more obvious once the Valley is over 100.

Nobody plans for a transmission or a set of tires. Our auto repair financing lets you split the work across payments, so a necessary repair doesn’t turn into a postponed one that costs more later.
Between dealership specials, parts pricing and GM rebates, most maintenance visits cost less than the sticker on the estimate.

Almost everything expensive that happens to a vehicle starts as something inexpensive that got postponed. Oil that stayed in too long. A coolant leak that was a hose. Brake pads that went to metal and took the rotors with them. None of those are dramatic failures — they’re maintenance items that were skipped one visit too many.
That’s the whole argument for keeping a Chevrolet on schedule, and it’s why we’d rather see you three times a year for small things than once for a large one. Oil and filter, tire rotation, a real look over the vehicle, and an honest answer about what can wait — that visit takes about an hour and prevents most of what people dread about car ownership.
It also protects your warranty. Coverage doesn’t require servicing at a dealer, but it does require that maintenance actually got done and can be documented. When we do it, the record sits on your VIN in GM’s system, so nobody has to go looking for a shoebox of receipts later.
The maintenance schedule in your glovebox has a normal column and a severe-duty column, and more drivers here belong in the second one than realize it. A daily commute up Highway 99 or I-5 into Sacramento is mostly stop-and-go, which is heat soak on the engine and transmission no matter how few miles it adds. Valley summers run over 100 for weeks at a time, and that works on batteries, coolant and A/C the entire season. Short trips of a few miles never let the oil fully warm up.
Add the dust that comes off the fields south and east of town and cabin and engine air filters load up faster here than the interval assumes. So our advisors ask how you actually drive before recommending one. Four miles to Laguna and back is a different service schedule than forty miles of freeway a day, and treating them the same is how a transmission gets replaced early.
An appointment gets you in and out faster, and you can book one online any time. If something has gone wrong today, call the service line and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can look at it now or whether tomorrow morning is the realistic answer.
Follow the oil life monitor rather than a fixed number — it accounts for how you actually drive. When it reaches 0%, or once a year if you drive very little, it’s time. Severe-duty use like heavy stop-and-go, extreme heat or frequent short trips will bring that up sooner.
Yes — ask your advisor when you drop it off. A general inspection covers tires and tread depth, brake pad and rotor condition with measurements, battery and charging system, fluid levels, belts, hoses, wipers and exterior lights, and you get the findings sorted by urgency.
Yes. We service any Chevrolet regardless of where it was purchased — including warranty, emissions and recall work. Your vehicle doesn’t have to have come from our lot to be treated like it did.
No. Your warranty stays valid wherever you have maintenance performed, as long as the required services are actually done and you can document them. The advantage of having us do it is that the record is stored against your VIN automatically, so there’s nothing to prove later.
No. We inspect, tell you what we found and what it costs, and wait for your answer. If something is urgent for safety we’ll say so plainly, but the decision is always yours.
Not usually, once specials and manufacturer rebates are applied. An oil change or a set of brakes here is competitive with the quick-lube down the street, and it comes with GM Genuine parts, a warranty on the work and technicians trained on your specific vehicle.
Yes. We offer financing on service and parts, so a repair you weren’t expecting can be split across payments. Ask your advisor when you drop off, or apply before you come in.
