GM-trained technicians, genuine GM parts and advanced diagnostics for Express vans, Silverado HD, Low Cab Forward and BrightDrop — because downtime costs more than any repair.
From a single work van to a full delivery fleet — light duty through medium duty, gas, diesel and electric.
A repair bill is a number you can plan for. A van sitting in a bay on a Tuesday morning is missed routes, idle drivers and customers who don’t reschedule. Fleet service isn’t about the cheapest hourly rate — it’s about getting the vehicle back.
Routine preventive maintenance through driveline and emissions repair.
Oil and filter service, fluids, belts and inspections on a schedule that fits how hard your vehicles actually work.
Loaded vehicles eat tires. Rotation, balancing and alignment protect both tread life and fuel economy.
Heavy payloads punish brakes and springs. Pads, rotors, shocks and steering components inspected and replaced.
Fuel filters, injectors, turbo, DEF and DPF service on Silverado HD and medium-duty diesel applications.
Allison and GM automatic service, differential and transfer case fluid, and driveline vibration diagnosis.
High-voltage battery diagnostics, charging faults and drive unit service by EV-certified technicians.
Factory scan tooling and module reflashes for faults a generic reader can only guess at.
Genuine GM and ACDelco parts, plus coordination with your upfitter on bodies, racks and equipment.
Open recalls and warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized dealer. We handle both, at no charge on recalls.
Commercial vehicles don’t follow a passenger-car schedule, and they can’t sit waiting for an opening.
Plenty of independent shops can change oil on a work van, and for a straightforward job they’ll do fine. The gap shows up on everything else. Modern commercial Chevrolets run the same emissions and electronic architecture as their passenger counterparts — DEF systems, particulate filters, module networks, high-voltage packs on the electric units. Those faults need factory scan tooling and, frequently, a calibration rather than a part.
Warranty is the other half of it. Commercial vehicles carry powertrain and emissions coverage that runs well past the basic term, and those repairs have to be performed by an authorized dealer to be honored. We regularly see fleets that have already paid an independent for something that would have cost them nothing. Once the part is replaced outside the network, the claim is gone.
And there’s the practical matter of parts. An independent orders what your vehicle needs and waits. A dealer stocks the common failures for the vehicles it sells, which on a work truck is usually the difference between back on the road today and back on the road Thursday.
Most commercial customers we see are no longer running one type of vehicle. A contractor has gas Express vans, a Duramax Silverado HD for towing, and increasingly a BrightDrop or two on delivery routes. That used to mean three different service relationships. It doesn’t have to — our technicians are trained across gas, diesel and high-voltage electric, so the whole fleet comes to one place with one service history.
If you’re running electric vans in particular, that matters more than it sounds. Very few independent shops in the region are certified for high-voltage work, and fewer still can perform BrightDrop warranty repairs. Whatever else your fleet contains, the EV portion is going to need a dealer.
No. Whether you run two vans or twenty, we service commercial Chevrolets the same way. Call our service team and we’ll work out a schedule that fits how your vehicles are actually used.
Yes. We service any commercial Chevrolet regardless of where it was purchased, including warranty, emissions and recall work.
Usually more often than the standard interval suggests. Stop-and-go routes, extended idling and heavy payloads put most commercial vehicles on the severe-duty schedule. Your owner’s manual defines it, and our advisors can help you read it against your actual duty cycle.
Yes. Silverado 4500 HD, 5500 HD and 6500 HD, plus Low Cab Forward. Call ahead for medium-duty work so we can confirm bay availability and parts.
In most cases, yes. Service bodies, boxes, racks and lift gates are common on the vehicles we see. Tell us what’s on the truck when you schedule so we can plan for access and clearance.
Yes. Our technicians are EV-certified for high-voltage work, which most independent shops are not equipped or trained to perform. That includes battery diagnostics, charging faults and warranty repairs.
Coverage varies by model, model year and how the vehicle is registered and used. Powertrain and emissions terms typically run longer than the basic warranty. Call with your VIN and we’ll check exactly what applies to your vehicles.
Yes, and it’s usually the better approach. Scheduling several units together means planned downtime instead of losing a different vehicle every week. Call our service team to arrange it.
